Greetings, I have an issue with my Sketchup Pro licensing. At first the program was installed in a laptop I no longer have with me and I personally unistalled it before giving it away to a relative. Now I have also uninstalled it from my current laptop, but I was trying to install Sketchup Pro in a new one and it says the program is being used in too many computers. Looks like you have to do some sort of license deactivation in the menu before removing Sketchup from the computer?

I wonder if the server in Europe is experiencing problems? I can try a reinstall as well…. When a user enters a license key, this only works for that individual user profile and not the entire device. We purchased SketchUp on December 28 and have gotten the runaround from Sketchup ever since. My credit card has been charged but we never received an activation code. The customer service is terrible. There is no number to call and the sales people keep emailing that they have sent the activation code but we never received. Regardless of how you sign in you will access products under a Trimble ID user account. Each user account can only be associated with one individual person. You cannot create a generalized user account that is shared by more than one person.
